Oil Mist Collectors
Oil mist collectors are used in machining equipment to remove oil mist, coolant mist, and fine particles generated during cutting, grinding, and drilling operations. The contaminated air is drawn into the mist collector unit and passes through a multi-stage separation process that captures oil droplets and fine mist. The oil droplets combine inside the filter until they form liquid oil that can be collected and reused or disposed of properly, while the cleaned air is released back into the workshop.
Applications
Oil mist collectors can be used in machining and industrial equipment that generate oil mist and fine dust during operation, such as:
- Electrical discharge machines (EDM)
- High-speed CNC machining centers
- Gear processing machines
- General CNC machine tools
- Engraving machines
- Printing machines
- Vacuum pumps
- Industrial cleaning equipment

Features
- Easy Installation: Oil mist collectors can be installed directly on machine tools or brackets, which makes installation and removal simple and fast.
- Safer Workplace: Oil mist does not settle on floors or walkways, which helps keep working areas safer and reduces the chance of slipping accidents.
- Fire Risk Control: Prevents buildup on walls, ceilings, and machine surfaces by controlling airborne mist and residue, which helps reduce fire risk over time.
- Operator Protection: Reduces health risks from oil mist contact with eyes and skin, while also lowering the chance of skin and eye issues, headaches, and discomfort caused by inhalation during machining operations.
- Longer Equipment Life: Less oil mist settles on electrical and mechanical parts, which helps avoid short circuits, corrosion, and early wear of components.
