Oil chillers are temperature control units designed to control heat of spindle systems of various machine tools such as CNC machines, grinders, boring machines, milling machines, and gantry machining centers. During continuous machining processes, spindle lubrication oil and hydraulic oil gradually increase in temperature due to friction and workload, and if heat is not properly controlled, thermal deformation can affect spindle stability and cause machining errors. When using oil chillers, the spindle oil remains at a stable temperature throughout machining, which helps the spindle to maintain accuracy and prevent expansion due to heat.
