Features
- Dual-pump oil chillers can cool the gearbox and spindle at the same time, or focus cooling only on the gearbox when needed.
- During high-load machining or high-temperature conditions, the dual-pump system directs cooling to the gearbox, increasing flow capacity for this component and preventing oil viscosity drop, weakened lubrication film, increased gear wear, oil oxidation, and reduced lubricant service life.
- They can be connected separately to the spindle and gearbox to for synchronized cooling, maintain stable cooling flow between components, and avoid insufficient cooling when a single pump system shares flow, which helps maintain stable machine tool operation and machining quality.
